This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Career Mentors' Professional Services (the "Professional Services"). Moving forward with payment for the selected package, you are hereby agreeing to and shall be bound by all the terms of this Agreement and to Career Mentors' Terms & Conditions as well as provisions set forth in Career Mentors' Legal Disclaimer, the terms of which are hereby incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. You should visit and fully review the Terms and Conditions and Legal Disclaimer pages prior to Accepting this Agreement and submitting your payment. You acknowledge that Career Mentors may complete the Professional Services by using a third party provider with whom Career Mentors has established a prior relationship.

Following submission of payment, this Agreement becomes non-cancelable and the fees are non-refundable. Please note that in no event whatsoever will Career Mentors refund any fees after sending out the questionnaire for completion.
